Abstract Submission

Abstracts are limited to 1800 characters (no formulas or mathematical notations are allowed).

The deadline for abstract submission is Saturday, April 30, 2011 and will not be extended.

The authors will be informed about the acceptance of their contribution until May 30, 2011.

Paper Submission (Paper for refereed proceedings)

Paper submission is closed.

Paper submission is optional. It is not necessary for authors who simply want to make a presentation at the conference.

Authors of accepted talks have the possibility to submit an extended abstract (6 pages) for the 'OR 2011 Proceedings' (post-conference proceedings of selected papers) published by Springer:

• The manuscript must be written in English. It has to be prepared strictly following the instructions given in the Latex Template, since the final version of the manuscript has to be submitted in this form.
  
  
• Submit the PDF version of the manuscript by July 15, 2011:
  First authors/speakers of accepted abstracts were informed by email about the upload procedure. If you didn't receive the email please send us a message.
  

Note:
All manuscripts will be refereed. The authors will be informed about the acceptance of the paper after October 10, 2011. It is necessary for publication that the paper was presented at the conference.
The final version of the paper has to be submitted within 4 weeks after acceptance.

The authors will be informed about the acceptance of the paper around October 20, 2011.
